We Love Buyers Rebate Incentive Program!

A unique rebate incentive program was developed this year by Timothy Osborn, CEO/ Principal Broker at The Property Pros in response to the current buyers market.  Traditionally programs are targeted to sellers to attract listing inventory and build market presence; but, the current climate of the real estate industry is still being driven by buyers since the housing collapse of 2007/08.

The rebate program offers a FREE one year home warranty and cash rebate incentives paid at closing up to $2000 to be used toward a buyer's closing costs.  The amount of incentive may vary depending on the sale price of the home being purchased.
